The Vision Ultra Flexx sets new standards in the field of mobile mold repair welding. Now for the first time ever mold repair can be accomplished at a height of up to 10 feet without the need for a crane or other machinery, there has also never been an easier way to reach the center of a 16 foot x 16 foot part, all with the precision accuracy of a digital joystick controlling a X-Y-Z axis arm.

As a matter of cause, the Vision Ultra Flexx is equipped with all the well known features of the Vision Workstation. Pulse Distance Synchronisation (PDS) and the ability to Teach-In for all 4 Axis are powerful functionsallowing you to work faster with higher precision. Utilizing the PDS a precise overlapping of the welding spot can be set, even when welding complex geometries at various speed the welding will remain constant and near perfect quality.

The remarkably small processing head can be turned and tilted 360° in all axis, this in combination with the 260° rotating Microscope allow for an ergonomicly correct working position in almost every possible situation. The complete machine is is on locking wheels, making it mobile and ready to operate, no external cooler is required.
